Head of Coffee at Grind, Sam Trevethyen, shares his favourite cocktail below...
"So, London Cocktail Week has just finished, and this year we Partnered with Grey Goose Vodka brining a few different coffee cocktails to all the Grinds, and this one was my favourite."
Serves 1
25ml Grey Goose Vodka
25ml Coffee Liqueur
120ml Thick Cream
20ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Grind House Blend Espresso
Pour the Vodka and Coffee Liqueur into a rocks glass with ice and stir until cold.
Add the cream, sugar and espresso to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake throughly.
Gently pour the Espresso Infused over the ice so its creates a layered effect, then enjoy (responsibly).
